Mankar GP 110-150 Custom ULV Sprayer

This custom machine was made to order for a customer looking to be able to spray up to 150 cm (5 feet) in one pass.  Since one atomizer has a maximum spray width of 55 cm. (22 inches), we made an extra-wide centre cover and mounted 3 atomizers under it.  A second wheel was added for stability and also to drive the center atomizer.  Also, the tank was upgraded to a 6 litre (1.6 gallon) version, good for 20 kms. (12.5 miles) of spraying at the full width.  The battery was upgraded from a 7Ah to a 12 Ah, allowing all 3 atomizers to run for more than 9 hours per charge.
